Custom order for Marcel

This is a custom order for a full face mask . The details of the mask are discussed with the customer trough messages/emails.

I am always available for questions and I am willing to make changes as long as they are possible. Because of my current open orders, the processing time is approximately 3 months , after the order is placed. The processing time doesn’t include the shipping time. The shipping can take anywhere from 7-12 working days.

I am not responsible for possible delays that are beyond my control. All my masks are dispatched with a tracking number and insurance.

When the mask is finished, I will show pictures before shipping and if the customer doesn’t like it, I am more than happy to offer a full refund without any hesitation or problems, or make  a new mask.

The mask is standard size and it suits most adult faces.

All of my masks are my designs and as an artist I reserve myself the right to recreate them whenever I choose to.

Unique masks that I won’t recreate can be made for an extra cost.
