Shipping policy

My masks come in two collections: “AVAILABLE MASKS” and “MADE TO ORDER MASKS “. 

AVAILABLE MASKS, are masks that are on stock and will be shipped out in 3-7 business days after the order was placed. Processing time doesn’t include shipping time.

MADE TO ORDER MASKS, are masks that are not on stock, but can be ordered, and will be recreated for you. MADE TO ORDER MASKS have a processing time of 12-16 weeks, depending on how many current open orders I have, and depending on the complexity of the ordered mask.

Processing time doesn’t include shipping time!

I ship worldwide and depending on where you live, shipping can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, that will be provided when the orders are shipped out.

 I am not responsible for postal delays, however, I am here and I will do everything that I can for you to receive your order in time.
